Sprawling two-level mall offering outlet shopping for dozens of luxury and casual fashion brands

As Shunyi comes to resemble American suburban sprawl more and more, it became necessary to build an American-style outdoor outlet mall, complete with over-sized parking lot (500 spaces) and over-sized retail footprint (150,000sqm). The mall is impressive, with factory outlets from just about any luxury store you can think of: Bally, Burberry, Diesel, DKNY, Dunhill, Lacoste, Marc Jacobs, MaxMara, and Ports, to name just a few. There are also several sports stores represented, like Adidas, Kappa, Le Coq Sportif, Nike, Puma, Reebok, Spalding, and The North Face. Refreshments include an uninspiring food court, a Starbucks, and a Western restaurant, "Rudy's Restaurant". Enjoy. (Jan '10)
